For the hour after dinner, before the night decides itself.
The butter is browned until it smells like toasted nuts. The chocolate is dark. The salt is flaky. Baked in Los Angeles on Sundays, and best while still warm.

Delivery is $5 and ready in 10 minutes while we’re open.
